City Hall to Close for Presidents Day Holiday

PALMDALE – City of Palmdale administrative and business offices, the Palmdale Playhouse box office, South Antelope Valley Emergency Services (SAVES) and Palmdale City Library will be closed on Monday, Feb. 18 in observance of Presidents Day.

To report emergencies after hours, weekends or on holidays, residents may call 661/267-5338. Emergencies include sewer overflows, roadway/right of way hazards including downed tree limbs, downed signs and potholes, or broken sprinkler lines in City parks and landscaped areas.

Although the City’s Recreation & Culture offices will be closed, residents may view upcoming programs and register for them online at www.PlayPalmdale.com.

The Joe Davies Heritage Airpark at Palmdale Plant 42, located at 2001 E. Ave. P, will be open from 11 am to 4 pm. No guided tours will be available.

Tickets for Palmdale Playhouse events may be purchased anytime at www.PalmdalePlayhouse.com.

Parking and administrative citations may be paid online at www.cityofpalmdale.org/Residents/Neighborhood-Services/Parking-Enforcement/Pay-Citation, 24 hours 7 days a week.

The Library’s online services will also be available at www.cityofpalmdale.org/library.

Business license renewals may be paid online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by visiting https://www.cityofpalmdale.org/webrenewals/.

Administrative and business offices will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 7:30 am. SAVES will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 9 am. Legacy Commons will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 8 am. The Palmdale City Library will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 19 at 10 am.
