Now you can pay child support at 7-Eleven and other convenience stores

Los Angeles County is working with vendor PayNearMe to take payments at many convenience stores, parents who owe child support and need or want to pay in cash now have a new way. According to their website. http://cssd.lacounty.gov/paynearme/

You can make child support payments by cash at over 8,500 7-Eleven, Family Dollar and ACE Cash Express locations nationwide for a convenience fee of $1.99 per transaction. PayNearMe locations are conveniently located at participating 7-Eleven, Family Dollar and ACE Cash Express stores. To use PayNearMe Persons Paying Support (PPS) will need to sign up and log onto PayNearMe website and request a payment code with the following information: Click here https://www.paynearme.com/s/8873/b/G8rKO6/edit

• Person Paying Support's full name

• Account Number: Participant ID number

Additionally noncustodial parents can enter their phone number, email address and the last 4 digits of their social security number.

Note: child support payments will take three business days to post, so parents are advised to plan accordingly.
