LA County Seeking Public Input on Future Vote Center Placement

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) is seeking input from the community on where the County should consider placing Vote Centers for the 2020 election cycle. Vote Centers will be replacing the traditional polling places, which binds a voter to a single in-person voting location on Election Day. The future Vote Center model will offer greater convenience, accessibility and time for voters to participate in elections.

This community engagement is part of the Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP) Vote Center Placement Project (VCPP).

Suggest a vote center location through our VCPP Interactive Map.http://www.placeworkscivic.com/project/lacovcpp

Additional information on Vote Centers, VCPP and how to participate can be found on our VSAP website. The mission of the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk is to serve Los Angeles County by providing essential records management and election services in a fair, accessible and transparent manner.
