Palmdale, CA.- Youth@Work provides LA County youth with paid work experience, employment training, and support services to help prepare for future career pathways.


Los Angeles County residents ages 14 to 24 who have the right to work in the United States are eligible to apply.


Priority is given to youth from underserved communities, including foster, probation, CalWORKs, low-income households, homeless, transition-aged youth, LGBTQIA+, pregnant or parenting, youth with disabilities, offenders, or English language learners.


Our Youth@Work program places youth in meaningful paid positions that build leadership, teamwork, and customer service skills.


Participants gain hands-on job training, resume support, and interview preparation to help launch long-term careers in high-growth, in-demand industries.
