Lake Los Angeles – Sorensen Regional Park - Each Thursday evening starting at 7:45pm, the Lake Los Angeles Crocheting for a Cause group meets at the Park to spend an hour or so crocheting projects together, sometimes enjoying a dessert, etc., but always making pretty things out of string.
Joining the group on June 30 is Ms. Abrielle Miller, 9 years old, student at Valley View School in Lancaster. Her mother, Lauren Lee hosts Teacups for Tykes during Parks After Dark (PAD).
Abrielle is left-handed so learning what is generally a right-handed skill she is doing it well and picking it up quickly.
Pictured instructing Abrielle is Jackie Livingstone and then Abrielle is pleased with her progress. Next week, to be continued.

The Crocheting for a Cause meets each Thursday. Do you crochet? Do you want to learn? Please come to the park, check it out and register at
