PALMDALE, CA — The City of Palmdale will present WAR on Friday, Aug. 7, at the Palmdale Amphitheater as part of its summer concert series.
WHAT: WAR will perform its blend of funk, soul, rock and Latin jazz during a stop on the band’s 50th Anniversary Greatest Hits Tour. The concert will feature selections from WAR’s catalog spanning more than five decades on Friday, Aug. 7, 2026, 8 p.m. at
Palmdale Amphitheater
DETAILS: Tickets range from $18 for general admission to $100 for lounge box seating and must be purchased online.
Lounge Box: Reserved private lounge box, 8 concert tickets with couch/padded chair seating and chilled bottled water. Includes access to the standing room area at the front of the stage.
Preferred Seating: Located on the lower level, chair included. Seating is not reserved and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Children are required to have a separate ticket; lap sitting is not permitted. Includes access to the standing room area located at the front of the stage.
Table Seating: Reserved private table on the lower level. Includes seating for 6 and access to the standing room area located at the front of the stage.
General Admission: Festival-style seating on the upper grassy area. Bring your own blanket or low chair.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
