Palmdale,CA.-The use of illegal fireworks in the City of Palmdale can result in significant fines, ranging from $2,500 to $10,000.

Any firework that shoots or explodes in the air is illegal in the City of Palmdale.

Safe & Sane fireworks may only be used in the City from noon on June 28 through noon on July 5, and only in authorized areas.

No fireworks not even Safe & Sane — are allowed in the Anaverde development, all areas south of the California Aqueduct, and in “No Fireworks Zone” neighborhoods.
