Lancaster, CA.- The Lancaster Police Department will conduct a DUI checkpoint on Saturday, May 16, from 6:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Impaired driving, whether from alcohol, cannabis, or other substances, is dangerous and illegal. Even when someone feels fine, impairment slows reaction time and affects judgment.
If you plan to drink or use anything that may impair your ability to drive, plan to:
✔️ Designate a sober driver
✔️ Use a rideshare or
✔️ Call a friend or family member
