The Broadway Musical Brings Winter Magic to Palmdale Playhouse

PALMDALE, CA – The City of Palmdale’s production of Disney’s Frozen: The Broadway Musical will grace the Palmdale Playhouse stage this March with six enchanting performances, transporting audiences into a kingdom of ice, snow and sisterly love.

The showtimes are scheduled for Friday, March 20 and 27 at 7 p.m., Saturday, March 21 and 28 at 1 and 7 p.m., and Sunday, March 22 and 29 at 1 p.m.

This beloved family-friendly musical features all the film’s memorable songs, including the Academy Award-winning “Let It Go,” along with new music written exclusively for the stage. The story captures the heartwarming journey of sisters Anna and Elsa as they discover that true love and courage can thaw even the coldest of hearts.

“Bringing Broadway-caliber theater to Palmdale is something our community deserves, and this is a perfect example of our commitment to the arts,” said Mayor Eric Ohlsen. “We’re creating opportunities for families to experience spectacular entertainment at home, where kids can be inspired by the magic of live performances and parents can create lasting memories with their children.”

Local talent from the Palmdale Repertory Theatre brings this production to life through a special arrangement with Music Theatre International. Tickets are $22 for adults and $17 for seniors, students, military and children 12 and younger.
