Suspect in custody after disturbance at a local restaurant.

Palmdale, Ca.- Suspect in custody after Palmdale LASD received overwhelming number of tips.

On 04/01/2023, the suspect went to the Waffle Kitchen restaurant located at 4611 E Avenue S, Palmdale.

The suspect was unhappy with her order and began to yell at the waitress and began creating a disturbance inside the restaurant. Suspect picked up a glass of water and threw it at the waitress.

Suspect then spit on a 26-year-old restaurant worker who tried to intervene. The suspect was accompanied by a male black adult who had been a customer of the location in the past. He left the location when the female suspect became belligerent.

According to the handling Detective, "the tips the station received, showed this suspect has apparently been hostile to many waiters/watresses around the City of Palmdale."
