PALMDALE, CA — The City of Palmdale is excited to announce its annual Independence Day Fireworks Celebration with live music at the Palmdale Amphitheater. This high-energy community event features a spectacular fireworks display, family activities and an evening of entertainment under the stars.

“Our Fourth of July celebration is a cherished tradition that brings our City together in celebration of America’s independence,” said Mayor Richard J. Loa. “With a flyover by military training aircraft set to a stirring performance of the National Anthem, and fireworks choreographed to music, this year’s event will be unforgettable.”

Gates open at 6 p.m., welcoming guests with early access to seating, $2 off drinks until 7 p.m. and free patriotic swag while supplies last. The evening’s highlight begins with a flyover of Beechcraft T-34 Mentors, a historic military training aircraft, just before the concert starts. Local musician Herbie Kae will deliver a live performance of the National Anthem during the flyover, setting a stirring tone for the celebration ahead.

“This event kicks off a summer full of incredible entertainment options,” said Mayor Pro Tem Laura Bettencourt. “Our Fourth of July event has something for everyone — live music, family fun and a breathtaking fireworks display that has become a beloved tradition in our community.”Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, as on-site parking is extremely limited. Carpooling and rideshare services are highly recommended. Additional parking is available at The Highlands Christian Fellowship and Highland High School, with shuttle service. Guests are advised that wait times may be extended for the shuttle during peak arrival and departure times.

Tickets are on sale now at www.PalmdaleAmphitheater.com for just $6. Children 12 and under are free with at least one paying adult, but require a complimentary ticket.
