Strengthen Community Safety at Palmdale’s Neighborhood Watch District 1 Event

PALMDALE, CA – Ready to boost neighborhood safety and have a great time? Residents are invited to a special Neighborhood Watch event with Mayor Austin Bishop on September 27, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Anaverde Park located at 2820 Greenbrier St

The event provides an opportunity for residents to learn practical property safety tips, connect with Mayor Bishop, local law enforcement and community partners. Enjoy a range of family-friendly activities, including interactive sessions and fun games. The first 100 attendees will receive free snow cones, with additional food available for purchase.

"Connecting with residents and engaging with the community is truly energizing,” said Mayor Austin Bishop. “This is a great opportunity for District 1 residents to come together, address important public safety issues, and strengthen neighborhood connections. Building these relationships is key for a safer and more unified community.”

Although the event will be held in District 1, residents from across Palmdale are free to attend. Together, we can continue to create a safer city.
