Palmdale, CA. - The U.S. Department of Agriculture has issued a notice on its website, stating that federal food aid will not be distributed on November 1, 2025.

According to the USDA website, Senate Democrats have voted 12 times to refuse funding for the food stamp program. Consequently, the well has run dry, and there will be no benefits issued on November 1.

As a result of the government shutdown, the 42 million Americans who rely on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) will be unable to receive their benefits starting November 1.
