Palmdale VIDA alumni awarded a scholarship from the UAV.

Palmdale VIDA alumni has received a scholarship from the University of Antelope Valley.

He has graduated the VIDA program as a honor student and has been recognized by Palmdale High School for most improved graduate.

This young man has enlisted in the United States Marine Corps reserves. His plan once he becomes a Marine reserve, is to come back to his community and provide guidance to those in need.

Thank you Deputy Baires from the Youth Services unit Palmdale Sheriff station for providing guidance and mentoring this young individual.
