Palmdale Seeks Applicants for Planning Commission

PALMDALE - The City of Palmdale is accepting applications for Planning Commissioner positions in all Districts. Applicants must reside in District 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 and have the ability and willingness to attend the regular meeting of the Planning Commission, which isheld on the second Thursday of each month at 7 pm in the Palmdale City Council Chamber.

Commissioners receive a stipend of $100 per meeting, with a maximum of $200/month. Applicants are encouraged to include a resume with the application submission.

As part of the final selection process, applicants will be required to pass a Livescan fingerprint submission via the California Department of Justice. If appointed, a Statement of Economic Interests Form 700 will be required to be completed within 30 days of appointment.
