Palmdale SAVES Partners with Toys for Tots for Annual Holiday Toy Drive


PALMDALE, CA — The City of Palmdale’s South Antelope Valley Emergency Services (SAVES) is partnering with Toys for Tots to collect new toys for local children this holiday season. Donations will be accepted from Monday, Oct. 12 through Friday, Dec. 11.
The annual toy drive provides holiday gifts to children from birth through age 12 whose families are experiencing financial hardship, bringing a little extra joy to their holiday celebrations.
Residents can participate by donating new, unwrapped toys at a designated collection location or purchasing a toy through the drive’s online Target registry at www.CityOfPalmdaleCA.gov/SAVESwishlist. Community organizations, schools, businesses and youth groups are also invited to support the effort by collecting toys or hosting their own toy drives.
Donations may be dropped off at the following locations:
Marie Kerr Park Recreation Center, 2723 Rancho Vista Blvd.
Monday-Friday, 3-7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Oasis Park Recreation Center, 3850 E. Ave. S
Monday-Friday, 3-7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Legacy Commons, 930 E. Ave. Q-9
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-3 p.m.
