Palmdale, CA.- continues to experience strong growth in property values, according to the Los Angeles County Assessor’s 2026 Assessment Roll.
The city’s total assessed property value reached $20.75 billion in 2026, up from $19.11 billion in 2025. That’s an increase of more than $1.63 billion, representing an 8.6% year-over-year increase.
The 8.6% growth rate ranks as the fifth-highest among Los Angeles County’s 88 cities and is nearly double the countywide average growth rate of 4.42%, highlighting Palmdale’s continued economic strength and demand in the local real estate market.

2025 Assessed Value: $19,112,259,899
Increase: $1,634,723,503
Percent Growth: 8.6%
The assessment roll includes 48,771 parcels, consisting of:
42,033 Single-Family Residential properties
428 Residential Income properties
6,310 Commercial and Industrial properties
