Palmdale LASD made several outstanding arrest in July.
Palmdale Station's Summer Team made several outstanding arrests during the month of July.
On 07-16-21, they observed a named attempted murder suspect standing in front of his residence. The suspect entered his vehicle and fled, initiating a pursuit. At the termination of the pursuit, a firearm was recovered from the suspect's vehicle. A search warrant was written and executed at the suspect's residence, where five additional firearms were recovered.
On 07-27-21, our Summer Team Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle. During their stop they learned that the two occupants in the vehicle were two of three people named as attempted murder suspects for their involvement in a shooting. Operation Safe Streets (OSS) Deputies then proceeded to execute two search warrants. During the execution of the warrants the third suspect was located, as well as the firearm believed to have been used in the shooting.
On 07-31-21 the Summer Team conducted another traffic stop and recovered two un-serialized firearms (pictured below). It was later determined that the suspect was a convicted felon.
