MISSING PERSON ALERT NICOLLETTE LUCIA, POSSIBLE HUMAN TRAFFICKING VICTIM

TEHACHAPI, Calif. — The Bear Valley Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Nicollette Lucia, who was last seen leaving her home on foot early Sunday morning.

Lucia was last seen on June 29, 2026, at approximately 1:00 AM in Tehachapi, Kern County. She was carrying a purple “Reebok” bag at the time.

Police say Lucia has previously been listed as a missing person and was the victim of human trafficking. She is believed to be on foot and may be heading to the Antelope Valley or Los Angeles area.
