“We couldn’t have done it without our amazing Young Marines, volunteers, parents, and Community.” Said MJ Hernandez

Antelope Valley Young Marines – Adult Volunteer of the Year Mrs. Belinda Chinchilla, 2025 Adult Volunteer of the Year! !

Mrs. Chinchilla is an amazing example of selfless service. She gives her time, energy, and heart to our program and our Young Marines, always going above and beyond for our youth. Whether it's cooking, serving as medical officer, or providing support, she does it all with dedication and love.

With no children in the program and while balancing work, school, and family, her commitment speaks volumes. We are truly blessed to have her as part of our AVYM team.

Thank you, Mrs. Chinchilla, for everything you do for our Young Marines and our mission!
