Littlerock Christmas Parade Dec. 3rd 2022

LITTLEROCK — The Littlerock Town Council will host an Old Fashioned Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 3rd rain or shine.

The theme for this year’s parade will be " A Child's Christmas In Littlerock".

The parade is scheduled from 3 to 5 p.m. The parade will start at the intersection of East Avenue T-8 and 82nd Street East. The parade route will be along 82nd Street East and head south to Pearblossom Highway.

The parade will feature local youth groups and school organizations. There will also be some horse-riding groups, church groups, car clubs and local merchants. Littlerock’s neighboring towns of Lake Los Angeles and

Pearblossom will also be participating in the parade with their own floats. Santa will be making a guest appearance on a surprise float.

It will definitely take a couple of hours to get through this parade.

Parade entrants will line up on Avenue T-8 on the east side of 82nd Street East. There will no parking along 82nd Street East between 1 and 5 p.m.

Parking for parade spectators will be available on east Avenue T-8 on the west side of Avenue 82nd as well as on Avenue U on either side of 82nd Street East. Parking will also be available on Pearblossom Highway on the dirt lot next to the dance studio.

Spectators are encouraged to bring folding chairs to sit along the parade route.

There will be a Christmas tree lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church, at 8225 Pearblossom Highway. The church will host several vendor booths and hand out stockings filled with goodies for the children.
