LA County Homeowners Exemption Filing Deadline February 15th

Palmdale, CA.- The Homeowners’ Exemption reduces the taxable value of your home, resulting in savings on your property tax bill year after year. While the annual savings may seem modest, they add up over time and provide meaningful, long-term relief for homeowners.

Search by your property’s Assessor Identification Number (AIN) or address. In the results summary:

* If the exemption is already applied, you will see “Homeowners” listed under exemptions.

* If no exemption is on file, it will note “None.”

If you have not yet claimed the exemption, you may submit a Homeowners’ Property Tax Exemption Claim by mail or online.
