Palmdale, CA – The community is invited to join Palmdale Water District (PWD) Board Director Scott Kellerman at the next Coffee with a PWD Director from 9-11 a.m. Thursday, July 31, at Starbucks, 38135 47th Street East, in Palmdale.

Enjoy a free cup of Starbucks coffee while meeting Director

Kellerman and PWD staff, including Assistant GM Scott Rogers and the

Public Affairs team. They will be available to answer water-related

questions and discuss District projects. PWD coffee events give customers

the opportunity to get to know their representatives in a casual environment.

Attendees will receive a PWD coffee mug and tote bag.

“I’m really looking forward to meeting some new people and seeing

some familiar faces,” said Director Kellerman, who represents Division 1.

“Now that I have a few years of Board experience under my belt, this is a

good way for me to share information with my constituents.”

Director Kellerman was appointed by the Board in April 2022 to fill a vacant seat for half

of the full term. He has maintained his seat after no one challenged him in the November 2022

and 2024 elections.

Part owner of Antelope Valley Harley-Davidson, Director Kellerman has been on the

Antelope Valley Sheriff's Boosters for more than 17 years and is the President of the California

Harley-Davidson Dealers Association.

At PWD, he serves as the Board vice president, Personnel Committee chair, Finance

Committee member, and Resource and Facilities Committee alternate member. He is also a

director for the Palmdale Recycled Water Authority and alternate commissioner for the Antelope

Valley State Water Contractors Association. In addition, he serves as a Board liaison with

United Water Conservation District.

Division 1 is an area that roughly borders Avenue P to the north, Avenue R to the south,

35th Street to the east, and Highway 14 to the west. It also includes the area bordered by

Avenue O-12, Avenue N, 10th Street West and 20th Street West.

Since 1918, the Palmdale Water District has provided high-quality water at a reasonable

cost. We pride ourselves on providing great customer care; advocating for local water issues that

help our residents; educating the community on water-use efficiency; and leading our region in

researching and implementing emerging technologies that increase operational efficiency. For
