LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The California Highway Patrol Los Angeles Communications Center has a dedicated non-emergency public information line (323.259.3200) for all non-emergent requests.
We understand that some of you might have initially dialed 9-1-1 to access our services and logically feel like that would be the best way to follow up with any questions – but if the situation is stable and has no indicators of escalating – we would prefer that you use our information line. For those of you that are simply in need of general information – this line would be a great start as well.
As always, if you feel a TRUE emergency is present or on the horizon – please do not hesitate to dial 9-1-1.
