High Desert Beer & Wine Festival Returns to Palmdale with ’80s-themed Bash


Palmdale, CA—The High Desert Beer & Wine Festival, presented by Visit Palmdale, will return on Saturday, May 18, at the Palmdale Amphitheater (2723 Rancho Vista Blvd).

 

“This year’s event will be an ’80s-themed celebration featuring live music, samples of craft beers and wines, food trucks, retro lawn games and more,” said Mayor Austin Bishop, who serves as the Chair of Visit Palmdale. “It is a terrific opportunity for our community to come together, make new friends and have fun.”

 

Attendees can look forward to a stellar lineup of live performances, including Arena delivering a spot-on Duran Duran tribute; Kings of Queenchanneling the indomitable spirit of Queen; andSo Madonna recreating the Queen of Pop’s most iconic moments. The evening is set to be a dazzling tribute to the era that defined music. Guests are encouraged to dress in their best 1980s attire, contributing to the festive atmosphere.

 

Tickets and parking passes for the festival are limited and must be purchased in advance online. VIP ticket holders get early access from 5 to 6 p.m., while the event opens up to all other ticket holders from 6 to 10 p.m.

 

There are three types of tickets available:Designated Driver includes entry and participation in non-alcoholic tastings; General Admission includes entry from 6 to 10 p.m., a souvenir tasting cup, and tastings until 9:45 p.m.; and VIP Admission includes everything in a general admission ticket, plus early access at 5 p.m. and a tasting glass lanyard. VIP tickets are limited and only available while supplies last.

 

Parking passes are $8 and are required for entry to the parking lot. Please note that ticketholders must be 21+ and valid IDs are required for entry.
