Help Locate Scarlett Moreno From Palmdale

Palmdale, CA.- LASD is Asking for the Public’s Help Locating Critical Missing Juvenile, Scarlett Moreno Palmdale

Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking assistance in locating critical missing juvenile, Scarlett Moreno. She is an 11-year-old Hispanic female who was last seen on December 8, 2025, at 9:30 p.m., on the 38000 block of 30th Street East, in the city of Palmdale.

Scarlett is 4’05” tall, 70 lbs. with straight brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and blue jeans.

Scarlett’s family is concerned for her well-being and are asking for the public’s help.
