Help locate At-Risk Missing Person, Arthur Clarence Brown from Palmdale.

Palmdale, CA.- Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, Missing Persons Detail, is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person, Arthur Clarence Brown. Mr. Brown was last seen on Sunday, December 28, 2026, at 1:00 a.m. on the 38000 block of Medical Center Drive, in the city of Palmdale.

Mr. Brown is described as a 71-year-old male Black adult, 5’09”, 140 lbs., bald, brown eyes, tattoo of a woman's image on neck and mole/lump on the left side of neck. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and blue jeans. He has a possible destination of 10th Street East and Palmdale Boulevard, in the city of Palmdale.

Mr. Brown has medical conditions and requires medication. His family is concerned for his well-being and is asking for the public's help.
