Hospital officials report that the man was discovered in the Valyermo area, an unincorporated community nestled in the Antelope Valley region of Los Angeles County. According to reports, he was found along Big Rock Creek Road.

Patient Description

The hospital has released the following physical description of the patient to aid in his identification:

• Age: Estimated to be in his early 30s

• Hair: Black

• Eyes: Brown

• Height: Approximately 5 feet 8 inches

• Weight: Approximately 123 pounds
