For children there is the popular Smarty Pants Storytime on Tuesdays November 29, December 6 and December 13. The reading, singing, rhyming and movement starts at 11:00am for 30 minutes. These Storytimes are designed to help children learn school readiness skills while having fun. The ages are 2 to 5 years old accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Please register 1 week before each program. You can sign up online at Visit.LACountyLibrary.org/Events or a staff member at the Library will help you.

You will learn the basics at this program. Please register 1 week before each program. You can sign up online at Visit.LACountyLibrary.org/Events or a staff member at the Library will help you.

For everyone, a special Noon Year’s Eve with Baila Baila is scheduled for Wednesday, December 18 starting at 12:00 noon. Quote from the December Library bulletin: “You will learn about New Year’s traditions and decorate a keepsake/goal box that will be filled with affirmations and memories the whole year. We will jumpstart 2023 with a musical performance by Baila Baila after a countdown. Join us for dancing and a rocking good time. For ages 2-10 with a parent or care giver, but fun for the whole family.” Please register 1 week before each program. You can sign up online at Visit.LACountyLibrary.org/Events or a staff member at the Library will help you.
