CRC Hybrid Public Hearing for Public Input on Los Angeles County Redistricting

The Los Angeles County CRC will be hosting its Public Hearing for Zone B Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM.

This will be a hybrid public hearing. Members of the public may join commissioners virtually or in person at Antelope Valley College’s Performing Arts Theatre (3041 W. Ave K Lancaster, CA 93536). The Performing Arts Theatre is in front of lot D2 where there will be free parking all day. Click here to view a map of the campus.

In accordance with Los Angeles County Department of Public Health's safety protocols, all in-person participants are required to wear a face mask/facial coverings indoors.

The agenda, PowerPoint, submitted public comments, and other supporting materials are available at the Los Angeles County Citizens Redistricting Commission website: https://redistricting.lacounty.gov/virtual-meetings/ During Summer 2021, the Citizens Redistricting Commission (CRC) will conduct ten (10) public hearings for input from communities of interest. At these hearings, the CRC will describe their process and ask for community input on what to consider in the redistricting effort. This is your chance to tell the commission where the important communities of interest are located so Supervisorial Districts can be drawn in a fair manner.

Your input is valuable to us. Members of the public are welcome to make sign up to make live comments at the public hearings or submit public comments before, during, or after the public hearing.
