City of a Lancaster Road And Freeway Closure on July 17th, 2021.

There will be a 26-hour freeway and road closure from 7 a.m. on Saturday, July 17 through 9 a.m. on Sunday, July 18. Vehicle traffic will also be delayed on E. Avenue J and will be reduced to just one travel lane. Please avoid using this route if possible.

Road work done by Southern California Edison (SCE) will have the following additional impacts on Avenue J:

⚠️ Traffic will be delayed on E. Avenue J and will be reduced to just one travel lane.

⚠️ Southbound Valley Central will be closed to Avenue J

⚠️ No left turns or left turn lanes will be open along this route
