Pearblossom - This is not just a Littlerock or Pearblossom problem highway, it belongs to all of us to help make it safe, efficient and equitable.

You can help by participating in the Caltrans survey which takes a few minutes.

In Lake Los Angeles, we are impacted by what happens on 138. LLA gets the heavy flow of big trucks that turn off 138 at 165th Street East to 170th through the center of the LLA community to East Avenue J. LLA has a truck route whether it is or not, whether we like it or not.

A second information meeting was held on Wednesday, May 22 at the Community Center on 128th Street East in Pearblossom. 37 people attended to hear where the plans are and where they might be going. Public Works, Chuck Bostwick from Supervisor Barger's Office, Caltrans, CHP, LRTC and PRTC and Assemblyman Juan Carrillos' representative Eric Ohlsen provided valuable and current information for the residents of Pearblossom, Littlerock and Lake Los Angeles.

A Q&A discussion was held with the residents in attendance that produced some lights going on!

Attending from Lake Los Angeles was Chuck Tedeschi and Shirley Harriman and Jeff Anderson from Llano. Lake Los Angeles residents and residents of other communities in the southeast corner of the Antelope Valley need to participate. It is OUR problem, not THEIRS.

There will be more gatherings so watch for fliers and try to attend.
