Monday, Feb. 9-Thursday, Feb. 12, 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. nightly:

📍Northbound Rancho Vista Boulevard / Avenue P off-ramp

📍Southbound 10th Street West off-ramp

📍North & Southbound Avenue N on & off-ramps

📍North & Southbound Avenue M on & off-ramps
