Businesses on their way to the Twin Cities of the Antelope Valley

Antelope Valley Fairgrounds – At the 2022 Spring Business Summit, council members from both Lancaster and Palmdale spoke about businesses that are coming to their respective cities.

In the printed program, Retail Update, for Palmdale and on the stage the city has experienced a retail renaissance increasing sales by 14% over the previous year and adding more than 335 new businesses. Lancaster also spoke of the business up tick.

Lancaster spoke of commercial redevelopment projects in the pipeline. The shopping center at Division and J is receiving a much-needed facelift. A redevelopment of the gateway corner of K and 15th Street West, formerly occupied by Toys R Us, is well underway and will be bringing new brands to the city.

During the next few months both cities will see expansion and growth and welcoming these new businesses:
