Palmdale, California,-Back to school rush commences, organizations in the Antelope Valley are organizing events to distribute free school supplies to local students.
Here’s a list of organizations that offer free school supplies to Antelope Valley students before the 2025-26 academic year.
All the information you need is on their flyers. If you have any questions, contact them directly. Please note that the time, dates, and locations may change.

L.A. Care and Blue Shield Promise Community Resource Center, Palmdale is excited to be hosting their annual Back to School Resource Fair, a three-day event dedicated to distributing 1500 backpacks, school supplies and a limited number of shoes to students for the new school year.
Details of the event are as follows:

Dates: Wednesday through Friday July 30th, 31st, and August 1st.
Time: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Lancaster is celebrating back-to-school season with our 4th annual backpack giveaway on August 2!
This year, the City is giving away 8,000 backpacks, plus more school supplies to students of all ages, from kindergarten to 12th grade, and free immunizations at all hubs; health services, dental screenings & MORE!
We're offering Back-To School Immunizations through Bartz-Altadonna, Kaiser Permanente, and CAAASA during the Backpack Giveaway event on August 2.
