The Lancaster Sheriff Station would like to share a few safety tips regarding vehicle thefts.

As the weather continues to rise and get warmer, do not leave your vehicle running and unattended.

Invest in a steering wheel lock, occasionally Lancaster Station provides steering wheel locks. Currently we do not have any; however, we will announce when we have more!

Always ensure your vehicles are secured and locked. Double check if your windows are all closed.

Invest in a camera system if you park your vehicle in your driveway.
