Palmdale, CA.- Ever wondered what really happens behind the scenes at your local Sheriff’s Station? The Antelope Valley Community Academy is your chance to learn firsthand.

This FREE 8-week program gives residents of the Antelope Valley an inside look at how @lasdhq @lacosheriff serves our community.
Participants will take part in:
• Classroom presentations from deputies and specialized units
• Hands-on demonstrations and role-playing scenarios
• Tours of the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station
• A behind-the-scenes tour of a Los Angeles County jail facility
Whether you’re curious about law enforcement, interested in community service, or simply want to better understand how your Sheriff’s Department operates, this program is designed to inform, connect, and build stronger relationships with the community.
Classes begin April 7 and run Tuesday evenings from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station. You must be 18+ years old to register and a resident of the Antelope Valley.
