AV CHP conducted an operation to combat illegal sideshow and reckless driving.

Lancaster, Ca.-On Sunday May 28, 2023, the Antelope Valley Area Office conducted an operation to combat illegal sideshow and reckless driving.

On one stop, a vehicle was found to have been recently reported stolen out of the City of Anaheim.

We were happy to have made a recovery of the vehicle, with the vehicle fully intact for the owner, and suspects in custody.

The operation resulted in:

101 citations issued

8 vehicles impounded

9 misdemeanor arrests

1 felony arrest.
