Arrest, illegal firearms, and marijuana were seized from a hotel in Lancaster.

Lancaster, CA.- Notable Arrest – Illegal Firearms and Marijuana Seized

Late last week, Lancaster Station Deputies conducted a proactive patrol check at a hotel in the area of the 44200 block of Sierra Highway.

Deputies contacted a man outside the location who admitted to illegally possessing a firearm.

During a subsequent search of his hotel room, deputies recovered multiple illegally possessed firearms, including two short-barreled rifles, several handguns, body armor, and marijuana packaged for illegal distribution.

The suspect was arrested and booked on multiple weapons and narcotics-related charges.

The diligent work of our deputies continues to help keep dangerous weapons off the streets of Lancaster.
