Concert Highlights: We are thrilled to announce two headlining acts for our concert series at the Palmdale
Auto-mall Arena:
• Nelly and Tanner Adell - The Grammy Award-winning artist will kick off the fair with his iconic hits
like "Hot in Herre," "Ride Wit Me," and "Dilemma" on September 25th. Nelly’s dynamic performance is
sure to set an energetic tone for the fair. Tanner Adell is a rising country music artist known for
blending traditional country sounds with modern pop influences.
• Jefferson Starship and Spazmatics – On September 26th, enjoy a double bill with the legendary
rock band Jefferson Starship, known for timeless classics like "Jane," "Miracles," and "Find Your Way
Back," and the high-energy, 80s cover band Spazmatics, famous for their entertaining renditions of
hits like "Take On Me" and "I Want You to Want Me." This eclectic mix promises a night of nostalgic
and vibrant music that appeals to all generations.
Special Event:
• Pay-One-Gate Day – Thursday, September 26th, is Pay-One-Gate Day courtesy of the Antelope
Valley Trade Unions. For just $25, admission includes all carnival rides, making it an incredible deal
for families. Seniors aged 65 and older can still purchase discounted tickets, though these tickets
will not include carnival rides.
Quote: “We are incredibly excited about this year's fair and our fantastic concert lineup,” said Angie Hughes,
President of the Board of Directors. “Bringing in artists like Nelly, Jefferson Starship, and Spazmatics ensures
there's something for everyone. We are also thrilled to reintroduce Pay-One-Gate Day after an extended
absence. This day allows so many families to enjoy all aspects of the fair, including concerts and carnival
rides, for an extremely affordable price. A heartfelt thank you to the Los Angeles and Orange County Building
and Construction Trades Council for making this possible, and to the cities of Lancaster and Palmdale for
their support in bringing such a strong lineup to the fair this year.”
New Additions: This year, we’ve made some exciting changes to the fair:
• Educational Livestock Exhibits – We will feature a multitude of interactive, entertaining, and
educational livestock exhibits. Attendees can learn about animal care, and the importance of
agriculture in our community. This year, the Junior Livestock Show and Auction was moved to April
during the California Poppy Festival to better accommodate high school participation and ensure the
welfare of the animals, which enabled us to see an increase of 15% in participation. We look forward
to seeing you at the Fair and making unforgettable memories together!
• Diverse Vendors and Food Concessionaires – Enjoy a wide variety of delicious food options and
unique products from concessionaires including AV’s most iconic Food Trucks.

No it is not.... These no good lyin, cheating, pig stealing grampas who run this place do not bring the community together. They manipulate profits to place in their pockets. I wouldn't give them a dime nor would I set another foot in any of their facilities ever again. I highly encourage other residents to do the same! I would rather catch the zombie virus before I ever seeked shelter at any of their so-called "fake" community centers.
Maybe someone should look into how the homeless were treated when they were bused into their facilities. Locking those poor people in like prisoners when our "Good old Boy- Leaders" closed our community shelters"- False imprisonment much? 🤨
Lastly, one cannot hide…
