A suspect was arrested for the transportation for sale of methamphetamine in Palmdale.

Palmdale, CA.- On May 21, 2024, Palmdale Station Deputies with the Partners Against Crime team observed a Honda Accord near the intersection of Avenue O-4 and Jody Lane.

The deputies observed several violations of the California Vehicle Code and conducted a traffic stop. When they contacted the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, the driver stated there were narcotics inside the vehicle.

The deputies secured the suspect and conducted a search of the vehicle, yielding twenty-five pounds of methamphetamine, which had been stored inside a container, hidden in the vehicle.

The suspect was arrested for the transportation for sale of methamphetamine, 11379 H&S, and booked at Palmdale Station.
