Search continues for missing teen, Adam Rafael Hernandez from Lancaster.

We are hoping to find a 15 year old teen and need of your help. Adam Rafael Hernandez is a 15 year old Hispanic male.

He's about 5'02", 150lbs with black hair and black eyes. He was last seen last week near the 300 block of East Avenue J-13 in Lancaster.

He was wearing a black shirt and grey shorts with grey Vans, and said he was going to Jane Reynolds Park. It is unknown if he made it to the park, but he did not return home.
