Retail stores within indoor shopping malls can now reopen for curbside service. Retailers inside indoor shopping centers and malls can now take orders and deliver goods to customers at marked locations outside the facilities.

"Residents will still need to wear masks while at the beach or curbside shopping, and as always maintain physical distance,” Barger said.

As of Monday afternoon, a total of 1340 cumulative cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the Antelope Valley and Unincorporated areas. Click here for more information
