Homicide detectives investigating death of woman in Lancaster

Homicide detectives were responding Saturday morning to the death of a woman in Lancaster, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, in the 43800 block of 15th Street West.

The discovery was made at approximately 1 a.m., the Sheriff’s Information Bureau reported.

She was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity was not immediately disclosed.

The sheriff’s Homicide Bureau asked anyone with any information regarding the death to call them at 323-890-5500.
