Kern County, CA – The Kern County Public Health Department announces the latest number of COVID-19 cases in Kern County, as well as age ranges. On April 2, 2020, Public Health said 139 Kern County residents tested positive for Coronavirus, as well as three (3) non-residents. To date, there has been one death related to COVID-19 in Kern County. This latest data subset includes the age range of people infected with Coronavirus, with ages 18 to 49 having the most positives.
