FREE TAX FILING HELP FOR AV RESIDENTS.

The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program or VITA offers free tax help for people who make $56,000 or less, as well as people with disabilities. 

Volunteers are IRS certified and provide basic income tax preparations with electronic filing.

Before you arrive there are a few documents that you need to bring. "Photo ID, social security card for everybody on the return. W2s, any income information. Any interest statements you might have. Bank account information for direct deposit for any refund you might receive
