Town Hall regarding the L.A. County Sheriff's Department

This town hall provides a public forum where residents are encouraged to take the microphone to address leadership from the Civilian Oversight Commission and the local Sheriff's station. The community is encouraged to discuss how they feel about public safety in their communities and share their experiences with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department. The resource fair will feature local government and nonprofit organizations providing community service information. As the Commission works to boost transparency and accountability, community input is vital to the ongoing analysis of the department’s policies, practices and procedures. Community feedback may provide direction on additional issues the Commission evaluates.

Thursday, March 12 Resource Fair starts at 5:30 p.m. Town Hall: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
