Help Locate Missing Person

Her name is Mary Ann Clark, she is 65 years old, missing her right pinky, has scars all over, has dirty blonde hair, blue eyes. 

She was sighted walking along ave J near 130th by multiple people times varying between 9:30-11:00am, wearing white tennis shoes, grey sweatpants(may have jeans underneath as she likes to layer up) and wearing a green hoodie(forest green, tealish, and neon green with white skulls all over it.

Last seen by family yesterday evening at her home in Lake LA. Has been texting family, but then turning off her phone. Diabetic, has seizures and suffers from multiple mental disorders(possibly early dementia).

Has left before and may be headed north, through Kern County towards Tulare, but unsure as her communications do not indicate her wanting to head that way, so could be any where.
