Nine people shot, several dead during gathering at Fresno home

Police say it appears there was a family gathering at the home and multiple people were watching a football in the backyard when unknown suspects snuck in and opened fire. 

No information on the shooter or shooters was immediately available. Dooley said “unknown suspects” “snuck” into the backyard and opened fire before 6 p.m. then fled the scene. Police declined to comment on a getaway vehicle.
