Help Lancaster detectives identify a suspect for an attempt kidnapping.

Our detectives need your help identifying a suspect for an attempted kidnapping. The suspect is a white male, 28-32 years old, about 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 160lbs with blonde hair. 

He was last seen near 10th Street West and Avenue K-8 in the city of Lancaster, driving a black, late 90's model Honda Civic sedan.
